Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services, website, and client portals. Our goal is to provide privacy-respecting hosting services while maintaining the security and reliability of our infrastructure.

We intentionally collect as little personal information as possible.

Information We Collect

Account Information

To create an account in our client portal, the only required identifier is an email address. You may use an alias, anonymous alias services, or any email provider you prefer, and you may use Tor, I2P, or a VPN for the sign up process. No additional personal details are required to use our services.

Service and Security Logs

For security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting purposes, we may log IP addresses when you access:

  • the client portal
  • service management panels
  • administrative or service interfaces

These logs help us:

  • protect accounts from unauthorized access
  • detect and mitigate abuse or attacks
  • troubleshoot technical problems
  • maintain the reliability and security of our infrastructure

We do not log IP addresses for marketing, profiling, or tracking purposes.

Cookies

Our website, client portal, and service management panels use cookies strictly for functional purposes. These may include:

  • session authentication
  • maintaining login sessions
  • storing user interface preferences
  • basic operational functionality

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party marketing trackers.

Payment Processing

We support multiple payment methods designed to give users flexibility and privacy.

Cryptocurrency

We operate a self-hosted BTCPay Server for cryptocurrency payments. When using this option, we do not require personal information beyond what is necessary to associate a payment with your account.

We may also offer payments through Trocador, a third-party cryptocurrency swap service. When using this option, your transaction may be processed by Trocador or their partner services. Please review Trocador’s privacy policy to understand how they handle data.

Crypto onramp (Payments via PayPal, Stripe etc.)

To receive PayPal, Stripe and many other ways for fiat payments, we use the payment provider Malum. We do not receive or store your full payment details. You can find their privacy policy (here).

Third-Party Software

To operate our infrastructure, we use several software platforms.

WHMCS (Client Portal)

Our client portal is powered by WHMCS. The account username is your email address. No additional personal details are required to maintain an account.

VirtFusion (Service Management)

Virtual server management is provided through VirtFusion. Login access is based on your email address, similar to the client portal.

Shared Hosting

Shared hosting services are provided using CloudLinux and DirectAdmin. Usernames for hosting accounts are automatically generated and randomized rather than derived from personal information.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to:

  • provide and maintain services
  • ensure infrastructure security
  • comply with legal obligations
  • resolve disputes or investigate abuse

Data that is no longer necessary is periodically removed or anonymized where possible.

Right to Be Forgotten

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.

Upon verified request, we will remove or anonymize personal data that we control, unless we are legally required to retain it or it is necessary for legitimate operational or security purposes.

Law Enforcement Requests

We value user privacy and do not voluntarily share customer information with third parties.

However, we will comply with legally valid and binding orders from courts or other competent authorities. In such cases, we can only provide the information that we actually possess.

Because we collect minimal personal information, the amount of information available for disclosure is limited.

We are not a bulletproof hosting provider and will not ignore valid legal orders.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
